If you plan to use it without a table, we recommend our heavier 25kg parasol base (sold separately). Weatherproof Construction The base is made from heavy-duty compound concrete with a rust-resistant steel tube to hold the pole of your parasol in place. Because it’s weatherproof, it’s incredibly low maintenance. Simply spray it with a hose when watering your garden to clean it. 3 Adapters To Fit Any Pole The base comes with 35mm, 38mm and 48mm pole adapters which can be placed inside the tube to secure almost any parasol. Using the correct adapter for the diameter of your pole will ensure your parasol doesn’t wobble and stays securely upright in the wind.
