A blend of garlic and sriracha chilli with the added sweetness from maple - perfect with pork & chicken. Use 100g mix per 1kg minced meat, includes rusk. This will make 1kg of burgers. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water. Shape the burgers by hand or use a press for a professional look! The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
