The STABILA LBM 2000 Closed Fibreglass Tape is a durable, professional-grade tape measure designed for long-distance measurements. It features a shatterproof PC/ABS housing with a shock-absorbing soft grip, and a fiberglass blade with a nylon-wrapped coating to resist corrosion and abrasion. The tape offers slip resistance with STABILA SPIKES coating and a fold-out spikes hook that includes an integrated nail eyelet and a large, unbreakable plastic ring with a nail notch for secure hold when pulling the strap. It is ergonomically shaped for comfortable handling, suitable for demanding environments, and provides metric measurements only. A plastic ring enables easy extension of the measured length, with 2 cm between the zero point and the nail notch and 5 cm between the zero point and the ring beginning. The zero point starts at the hinge fitting, and the design includes kink protection to guard the fiberglass blade against bending.
