It is a true product for the Master Distiller's private cellar. Staritsky & Levitsky Private Cellar has a rich saturated taste, free of sharp alcohol flavour. While resting its pure soft palate gains hints of mint, sage, wormwood, completed with a sweetish note of liquorice root. It goes perfectly with starters, cold and hot vegetable, meat and fish dishes, rich and spicy cuisine of any origin. A pure alcohol nose with medium intensity, warming and slightly spicy. The palate is neutral, dry, warming with a light balanced body. The finish has a medium complexity and duration with pure alcohol and a spicy note.
