Starrett FCH0400-G Fastcut Bi-Metal Hole Saw 102mm

The Starrett Fast Cut Bi-Metal Holesaw is engineered for efficient and smooth cutting across a variety of materials. It features an improved tooth material and a 5.5 TPI/25mm tooth pitch, enhancing heat resistance, wear resistance, and extending product lifespan. Specifically suited to cutting stainless steel and mild steel sheets, it can also cut through tubes with a wall thickness up to 3mm (1/8 inch). The cutting depth is 41mm, making it suitable for many drilling applications. The hole saw offers 102mm diameter options with 30% extra gullet volume for better material penetration and is compatible with standard hole saw arbors and drill chucks. This Fast Cut model is designed to deliver a smoother, faster cut compared with previous constant pitch saws, and notes that it does not include the arbor or pilot drill.
