Usage and Specifications

Size: 20 mm. Cutting depth: 41 mm. Tooth pitch: 5.5 TPI / 25 mm. Compatible with standard drill chucks and various drill types and sizes. Use steady pressure and ensure the material is secured before cutting. Apply cutting lubricant if necessary to reduce heat and prolong tool life. Insert the holesaw into a compatible drill chuck and set the drill to an appropriate speed for metal cutting. The tool is suitable for cutting stainless and mild steel sheets and can also cut wood, plastic, plaster, and other materials up to recommended depths. For softer materials, follow the guidance to cut up to 13 mm (1/2”) depth. The 30% extra gullet volume enhances material penetration. A packaging option includes bulk packs of six holesaws for the 20 mm size.
