This ejector spring push the pressure plate as it returns to its natural open state, PRESSURE PLATE: This core ejector comes with a durable pressure plate. This pressure plate compresses the spring inside the cup of the saw, as the saw cuts into the sheet material. INSTRUCTION TO USE: Where it is necessary to assemble the two parts of the core ejector twist the spring onto the ejector plate until it locks into place. Twist the spring on the assembled core ejector over the pilot drill until the pilot drill is protruding from the plate COMPATIBILITY: Compatible with all hole saws up to and including 210 mm.
