Fuel filter The long filter life of the Stihl air filters allow long operating times of your devices. Clean filters increase the performance of the engine, reduce fuel consumption and make it easier to start the petrol unit. By regularly replacing the paper air filter, the motor of your brush cutter is reliably protected from the penetration of abrasive dust. The performance is maintained, the consumption is low and you can still start your Stihl brush cutter as usual. You should also check the fuel filter so that no foreign particles enter the engine via the fuel. Regular replacement of this component protects the engine and supports its long service life. Changing the spark plug is also recommended so that a clean combustion in the engine and thus optimal performance of your device is possible. No additional tools are required for standard maintenance. To change the air filter and spark plug, you can use the combination key from the box contents of your Stihl brush cutter. To release the fuel filter, a cardboard hook is integrated into the packaging of the service kit.
