This Turbo Carbon is designed for use during fermentation, featuring an activated internal pore structure that helps remove impurities. It enhances the performance of turbo yeasts and is essential when using triple distilled turbo yeast. After distillation, it is recommended to filter with a suitable carbon filter to further improve results. Liquid carbon helps to remove off tastes, odour and impurities, and is instantly soluble. It is suitable for 20–25 litres and helps keep yeast in suspension for a cleaner fermentation.
