FIVE YEARS OF MATURATION — Matured for a minimum of five years in new charred American oak barrels in the Midwest climate, where hot summers, cool winters, and seasonal variation help develop balance, depth, and complexity. NON-CHILL FILTERED AT CASK STRENGTH 55% ABV — Bottled straight from the barrel without chill filtration, preserving every natural oil, ester and aromatic compound. At a robust 55% ABV, this rye retains all the texture and intensity that chill-filtering strips away, delivering the whiskey exactly as it leaves the cask.
