Joe Fattorini's Tasting Note: "One of my favourite dishes is Masala fish – the spice infused in the fish and then cooked in a tandoori oven. Here’s the perfect wine to match it. Bright and grassy with a New World vibrant gooseberry fruit. It’s almost South African in style although perhaps with a hint of spice. Or is that just because I know it comes from India?" Sula Vineyards is at the forefront of the Indian Wine revolution. Situated in Nashik, India’s largest grape-growing region, Sula Vineyards was set up in 1997 by Rajeev Samant & Kerry Damsky. Herbaceous, crisp and dry, with aromas of bell peppers, freshly cut green grass and refreshing acidity on the palate. Serve chilled, 8-10°C. Food Pairing Suggestions: Goes well with fried food as well as rich, creamy dishes.
