Designed to simplify your life when the rear wheel is off, this device is the ultimate solution for protecting your frame, streamlining cleaning, and ensuring your drivetrain remains manageable. Say goodbye to the frustration of a loose, greasy chain damaging your paintwork or creating a mess in your car or bike bag. This tensioner is expertly engineered to hold your chain under light tension and away from the delicate chainstay, making it a cornerstone of any professional or home workshop. The primary benefit of the SUPER B Chain Tensioner is the unparalleled protection it offers your bicycle. This tool securely holds the chain in place, completely eliminating that risk. Furthermore, it revolutionizes your drivetrain cleaning process. By maintaining tension, it allows you to backpedal the cranks freely, giving you 360-degree access to clean every link of your chain, pulley wheel, and chainring without the rear wheel getting in the way. This functionality is crucial for performing a deep clean or applying lubricant evenly.Key Benefits:* Frame Protection: Prevents the chain from contacting and damaging the chainstay during transport, cleaning, or storage.* Simplified Drivetrain Maintenance: Allows for full rotation of the crankset and shifting through gears , making cleaning the chain, cassette, and derailleurs significantly easier and more effective.* Clean and Easy Transport: Keeps the greasy chain taut and contained, preventing messes on your car´s interior, bike bags, or clothing.* Maintains Drivetrain Position: Holds the derailleur in position, which is ideal for making fine-tune adjustments without the wheel installed.Engineered for versatility and ease of use, this tool features a quick-release mechanism for swift and effortless installation and removal. Its clever design is compatible with standard road and mountain bike open dropouts, accommodating both 130mm and 135mm hub spacing. The smooth-rolling pulley is gentle on your chain while allowing for seamless operation. As one of the most effective Chain locks for maintenance, it secures your drivetrain, giving you the confidence to work on or travel with your bike.
