SuperFOIL SFBB is an advanced reflective breather membrane offering a watertight solution for UK construction. It surpasses traditional versions by reducing condensation risk, controlling air movement, and allowing moisture escape. It's energy-efficient, managing air leakage, and is CE certified as a water barrier. Easy to handle, cut, and seal, it lasts over 50 years. This reflective, silver membrane is 25m long, 1.5mm wide, and less than 1mm thick, with a roll size of 37.5m and an emissivity of 0.3. Weighing 5.4kg per roll, proper installation is crucial on the 'cold' side, sealing seams and holes. Use 100mm laps and SF jointing tape for effectiveness. Ensure tight sealing around penetrations, using SuperFOIL Tape if needed. Rated W1 watertight to EN 1928:2000 and Class D fire reaction to BS EN 13501-1:2007, SFBB should be stored vertically and protected from extreme weather and temperature changes to prevent damage..
