Sweet Chilli Meat Rub Glaze 100g

This sweet chilli glaze is great to use with Chicken or Turkey wings and also works particular well with thighs, breasts, drumsticks, pork, steaks, chops and ribs. Use around 40-50g of glaze per kg of meat. Simple blend of spices, herbs and natural flavours that when dusted onto meat, fish or vegetables, re-hydrate to form a sauce-like glaze with a glossy visual appeal. Run meat under cold water, add to a bag with glaze & shake well to cover contents. Ideal for use with all cuts of chicken, pork and pork ribs. Fantastic as a vegetable stir fry while also complimenting fish, especially salmon and cod.
