Sweet Chilli Sausage Complete Mix 500g (5kg Batch)

This seasoning combines a sweet burst of red pepper with a kick of chillies to compliment any sausage. Add Around 500g pack to 4kg of mince meat, add 500ml of cold water ( alter to desired consistency), mix till combined, fill into casings. This pack will make a total of 5kg.
