Takeaway Doner Kebab Spice Mix 250g Gyro, Shawarma (2.5kg Batch)

This spice mix is a complex blend of Herbs & Spices and makes a great tasting traditional doner kebab, Ideal for use with lamb, beef and chicken. A delicious home-made doner kebab without the added guilt of a takeaway! Add 100g mix to 1kg minced meat, add 40ml water and mix till combined. Place mix into a loaf tin, on to skewers or a kebab spike and cook accordingly. Lesave to cool once cooked, slice and serve with salad and warm pitta bread.
