The Taurus Rowzer Plus enables chefs to produce fresh ice creams and sorbets, aromatic soups, sauces and fillings- preserving aromas, natural colours and vital nutrients in ready-to-serve portions. ELECTRIC KITCHEN BLENDER MACHINE - Prepares individual portions in 20 seconds, such as ice creams and sorbets at the ideal serving temperature. Suitable for commerical use. HOW TO USE - Place fresh meat, fish, fruit or vegetables into the Rowzer beaker. Top up the airtight container with a liquid. Deep freeze to -22ºC/-8ºF for at least 24hrs. When you are ready to use, simply attach the beaker to the Rowzer, select the number of portions you need and press "Start". PUREE TO PERFECTION - The Rowzer can be used for savoury recipes ranging from light, airy mousses to fine patés.
