Fresh, inviting, and elegantly fruit-forward, it hints at a lively pot-still profile. Palate: Silky palate with lychees and white grape flesh upfront, brightened by white pepper. Warm roasted peaches rise, followed by baked biscuits, delivering a creamy, gently spiced finish with subtle sweetness and a hint of oak. Finish: Dry, lingering finish with hints of spice, roasted almonds and maple sugar, leaving a warm, nutty sweetness that lingers.
