This is meticulously cultivated in collaboration with local farms, all of which are within 15 miles of our distillery. Carefully blended barrel-aged whiskey - Our artisanal whiskey features a precise blend of 55% corn, 40% rye, and 5% malted barley. This achieves a rich, complex Bourbon, which is brimming with character. Then, the aging process consists of resting and maturing each batch in flame-charred American oak barrels. This ensures our bourbon preserves the depth and intensity of flavors that define its exceptional character.
