How to Use: Take the brief out of the package and unfold it. Identify the front and back of the brief. Lay the brief flat and slide it underneath the user's backside, ensuring that the absorbent side is facing up. Bring the front of the brief up to the user's waist and position it centrally. Fasten the tabs on either side of the brief, starting with the lower tabs and then the top tabs. Adjust the fit if necessary to ensure a snug and comfortable fit. To remove the brief, open the tabs and roll the brief towards the user's back, then discard it in a waste bin.
