Check Your Code Compatibility: Reads common 1D formats including EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, Codabar and Interleaved 2 of 5 from printed labels or compatible screens. This scanner does not read 2D barcodes. Plug In and Start Scanning: Connect this wired USB scanner to a Windows, macOS or Linux computer with the supplied 1.5 m cable. For basic keyboard input, the wired connection needs no battery charging or receiver pairing. It works with programmes such as Word, Excel and QuickBooks, but does not connect directly to a phone or tablet. Choose the Right Mode for Each Job: Use manual trigger mode for individual items, continuous mode for repeated batches, or sensor-activated mode when presenting codes at a counter or desk. Add prefixes or suffixes, remove leading or trailing characters, set a terminator and change letter case to suit your data-entry workflow.
