QUERCETIN, NETTLE AND BROMELAIN: two capsules provide 400mg of quercetin (from Sophora japonica flower buds), 300mg of fresh freeze-dried nettle leaf, 84mg bromelain (1200 GDU) and 150mg vitamin C as magnesium ascorbate, with organic turmeric and elderflower. Vegan.
