There’s fresh, alfresco pine needles and bright juniper, with a good whack of citrus from baked lemon slices. Touches of candied peel and chalky Love Hearts develop. Cardamom and cinnamon bring aromatic spice that cuts through lemon mousse, piney juniper and a soft floral undertone. There’s a helping of pleasant bitterness from pink grapefruit there too. The juniper becomes spicier and drying among some more creamy lemon notes.
