Each expression is unique, but all are rich, luxuriously smooth and underpinned by a distinctive honeyed character. NOSE - On the nose, sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla. PALATE - In the mouth it is smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours ~ nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.
