The casks: Specially selected ex-bourbon casks bring subtle sweet & spicy notes, a richness on the nose and roundness on the palate The nose: Hints of vanilla, aniseed and ginger cake, with a savoury edge of white pepper, peat and a tinge of citrus zest The palate: Light peat develops into a richer, warmer smoke, buoyed by the vanilla, ginger, aniseed, citrus rind and tropical fruit notes The finish: Long, spicy and smoldering.
