AWARD WINNING: Awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2019 IWSC Awards, our seasonal exclusive that is produced solely with Scottish raspberries grown between the months of June through to September SUSTAINABLE: Produced by the B Corp Certified House of Botanicals DISTILLED & COMPOUNDED: with natural Juniper Berries, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Coriander Seed, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Cassia Bark, Almond, Saffron, Raspberries TRY IT: long over ice with dry tonic water or cream soda, or in cocktails such as the Raspberry Gimlet or Gin Basil Smash NOSE: Light pink. Candied citrus, and piney juniper dominates with a subtle underlying note of cracked black pepper and raspberry. TASTE: Juniper and pine continues to dominate alongside citrus and spice, all enveloped in a creamy mouthfeel, which leads into a floral and tart raspberry finish. FINISH: Long and fragrant, lightly sweet, with the return of the cracked pepper and spice.
