The Lyme Bay Winery Jack Ratt Lugger Rum 35cl

Our Jack Ratt Lugger Spiced Rum is based around the historic part of the UK where our winery is located and the chronicles of the notorious smuggler, Jack Rattenbury. Award-winning in both liquid and design, our Lugger Rum reflects the character of its namesake. Unlike most commercial spiced rums, our Lugger Rum is not defined by an overpowering vanilla characteristic. Instead, we wanted to bring a full spice profile to the palate, which is why we age Caribbean rum in bourbon-charred oak barrels right here in our Devon winery. Once it has been aged to perfection, we spice it with a blend of nutmeg, cloves, orange peel and a hint of vanilla. Our half bottles were created as the perfect gift: the new square Long Island bottle shape nestles neatly into hampers for picnics alongside your favourite mixer.
