SHERRY-RICH TASTING NOTES: Dried berries, raisins, cherries and sultanas with candied orange and demerara sugar. Viscous, crisp palate with walnut, zesty citrus and a hint of leather, ending in a lingering dry finish with dark chocolate BOURBON-TO-PX CASK CRAFT: Triple-distilled Irish single malt made from 100% malted barley. Matured in ex-bourbon casks then finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks for at least 9 months, crafted by Boann Distillery in the Boyne Valley, Co.
