In a carrier structure, aluminium and tin oxide components are embedded here, which optimally compensate for irregularities on the surfaces of the heat source and heat sink, providing outstanding thermal conductivity. Unlike many competing products, Kryonaut does not undergo any drying processes even at 80 °C.The Kryonaut thermal paste is available as a 1.5 ml syringe with two applicators included.
