Thompsons One Coat Patio and Block Paving Seal 5L

This product is a clear, single-coat seal designed for patios and block paving. Its resin-based formula provides durable protection against weathering and helps resist algae growth and common stains from oil and fuel. Suitable for use on block paving, flagstones, granite, limestone, and sandstone, it enhances the natural appearance of stone while forming a protective barrier that eases future cleaning. The seal is available in a 5 litre size with an estimated coverage of up to 6 square metres per litre. Drying is typically quick, and the coating can be applied in one coat to revitalize outdoor surfaces.

How to use

1. Ensure surfaces are dry; remove dust/dirt and treat mould or algae with an appropriate cleaner, then rinse and dry before sealing.
2. Shake the tin well, pour into a roller tray, and apply with a long pile roller in smooth, even strokes; spread any puddles into dry areas.
3. Apply on a dry day with temperatures above 10°C; drying and re-coating times may be longer on cold or damp days.
4. Use only one coat for the finished seal.
