Timco 00055DRY Drywall Screws 3.5 x 55 Box of 500

These plasterboard screws are designed to secure plasterboard to drywall and ceiling track systems with a maximum thickness of 0.6 mm. Manufactured to JISB1125 (1995) and independently tested to IFI specification ASTMC1002-89, they feature a 25 Super Sharp point and a 60 thread pitch for reliable bite. The screws are fully threaded up to 50 mm with partial threading thereafter, providing strong pull and shear resistance under load. They are made from C10-18 steel and surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing. Plating options include zinc or black phosphate, offering corrosion resistance and durability, including a salt spray tolerance around 50 hours. The product is sized 3.5 x 55 mm with a fine thread and bugle head, designed for plasterboard installations in light construction applications.
