It has a 25° sharp point and a 60° thread angle, with twin threads and a single lead for a fast start and improved thread acceptance. Partially threaded from 1 1/4 inches and above, it supports faster insertion and greater pull-out resistance, while reducing head shear and aiding in countersinking. Compatible with TIMco and other leading plastic expansion plugs, this screw is positioned for consistent quality in general fastening tasks in softwood and hardwood.
