TIMco Twin Thread Zinc Countersunk Woodscrew is designed for general use in softwood and various types of hardwoods. It features a double countersunk head and zinc plating for durability and corrosion resistance. The twin-thread design enables faster insertion and greater pull-out resistance, making it suitable for soft timber and masonry with a plastic plug. The screw is partially threaded from 1 1/4” and above, with a 25° sharp point and a single lead start to promote a fast start. Manufactured to BS 1210 standards using C10-18 steel, it offers surface hardness up to 750 HV and core hardness up to 450 HV. The head design helps reduce head shear and assists countersinking.
