It features a traditional twin-thread design with a single lead start to promote fast installation. The screw is partially threaded from 1 1/4 inches, sized 10 x 3 1/2 inches, and made from C10-18 steel with zinc plating (3-5 microns). Its 25° sharp point and 60° twin-threads with a parallel shank support easier penetration, stronger pull-out resistance, and reliable countersinking when used with plastic expansion plugs in soft timber or masonry applications. The double countersunk head minimizes head shear and aids in countersinking, while core hardness and surface hardness provide durability under load.
