These high-performance screws are designed to secure plasterboard to drywall and ceiling track systems with a maximum board thickness of 0.6 mm. They feature a Phillips No.2 recess for a positive drive, a bugle head to minimize surface damage, and a 25° super sharp point paired with a 60° twin-thread design for strong pull-out values and smooth insertion. Manufactured to strict standards, these fasteners are manufactured from C10-18 steel, surface hardened to prevent torque shear, and are offered with zinc or black phosphate finishes to resist corrosion. They are fully threaded up to 50 mm and partially threaded thereafter, with independent testing to recognized quality specifications.
