A new patented molecular lubrication aims to improve insertion time and increase corrosion resistance, while a 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance. The screws are made from C10-22 steel and are surface hardened up to 750 HV to help prevent torque-induced failures, with yellow passivate plating of 5–8 microns for corrosion protection. These attributes collectively support consistent performance and strong holding power across a range of materials and applications.
