The TIMCO B1 Fire Rated Fill & Fix Expanding Foam is a polyurethane-based expanding foam designed for fire-resistant sealing and insulation in fire-critical applications. It features a complex cell structure that provides thermal and acoustic benefits, with a B1 fire rating and proven performance in environments requiring up to 4 hours of fire resistance. The foam is formulated for filling irregular gaps and large voids and is suitable for insulating around window sills, soffits, barge boards, and for aiding the fitment of partition stud walls.
