The TIMCO Classic Multi-Purpose Pan Head A2 Stainless Steel Woodcrews are designed for environments where corrosion resistance matters. Made from Austenitic A2 stainless steel, these screws are intended for fastening to softwoods, hardwoods (pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic, including corrosive woods such as Green Oak. They deliver reliable performance in corrosive environments and in base materials with inherent corrosive characteristics, offering a robust option for projects requiring durability and resistance to moderate salt exposure. The pan head features a square recess for improved clamping, and the single, coarse 40° thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance. Each pack contains 200 screws, sized 6.0 x 50 mm, with a PZ3 driver bit size. Salt spray resistance has been tested to BS EN 9227 for 1008 hours, underscoring their suitability for challenging conditions.
