The TIMco Multi-Fix screw is a rapid, lightweight anchoring system designed for fixing into concrete, brick, stone, concrete block, and wood. It features a 30mm hi-low starting thread to aid insertion and promote debris removal, contributing to a safer and more efficient fixing process in a variety of substrates. This through fixing provides a single solution and is intended to replace traditional fixings such as nylon frame and hammer fixings. The design includes a flat countersunk head with five locking ribs and a serrated V-thread to help achieve secure insertion across masonry types. The screw is zinc plated and yellow passivated to enhance corrosion resistance, with the high-low thread on the first 30mm intended to reduce torque during installation and improve drop-in performance for door and window frame applications.
