The Drywall Reduced Countersunk Black Dense Board Screws are engineered for attaching dense board to timber stud work. They feature a super sharp point and a high-low thread design to improve fixation into timber. Manufactured to exacting standards, these screws are built from C10-18 steel and surface hardened to 750 HV to resist torque shearing under load. They are plated in either zinc or black phosphate to withstand corrosion, and are tested for durability under salt spray conditions. Fully threaded up to 50 mm with partial threading thereafter, they provide versatility for varying thicknesses and installation depths while maintaining a low-profile, countersunk finish suitable for drywall applications.
