These TIMCO Drywall Fine Thread Bugle Head Black Screws are designed to secure plasterboard to wall and ceiling track systems. They comply with JISB1125 (1995) and are independently tested to ASTMC1002-89, featuring a 25 Super Sharp point and 60 thread. The screws are fully threaded up to 50 mm and partially threaded thereafter, with corrosion resistance provided by plating options of zinc or black phosphate. Made from C10-18 steel and surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load. They are suitable for materials up to a maximum thickness of 0.6 mm and have a black finish to match track systems.
