This traditional twin-thread woodscrew is designed for quick installation, featuring a single lead start and a double countersunk head to reduce the likelihood of head shear and assist countersinking. It is partially threaded from 1 1/4” and above, suitable for soft timber applications or masonry when used with a plastic plug. Made from C10-18 steel, it combines surface hardness up to 750 HV with a core hardness up to 450 HV to improve durability and ductility, while its 60° twin-threads and parallel shank enable faster insertion and greater pull-out resistance.
