Timco Twin-Threaded Woodscrews PZ Double Countersunk Zinc 5 x 3/4 Box 200

The TIMco Twin Thread Zinc Countersunk Woodscrew is designed for general use in softwood and various types of hardwood. It features a double countersunk head and zinc plating to enhance durability and corrosion resistance. The screw is made from C10-18 steel and measures 5 x 3/4 inches. It uses twin threads with a single lead, a 25° sharp point, and a 60° thread angle to promote fast start and improved thread acceptance. Partially threaded from 1 1/4 inches and above, the design supports faster insertion and greater pull-out resistance, while reducing the likelihood of head shear and aiding countersinking. The screw is manufactured to BS 1210 standards and is compatible with TIMco and other leading plastic expansion plugs. Surface hardness reaches up to 750 HV with a core hardness up to 450 HV, providing a balance of rigidity and ductility for demanding fastening applications.
