Timco WP840Z Penny/Repair Washers M8 x 40 Zinc Box of 100

A larger diameter washer designed to spread the clamping load, reduce a hole diameter, and pack out. Also known as a mudguard washer. Manufactured from carbon steel and zinc-plated with clear passivation, it has an outer diameter of 40 mm, thickness of 1.5 mm, and is sized M8 x 40. The washer is supplied in a box with a pack quantity of 100. It is tested for salt spray resistance (BS EN 9227 for 24 hours) and has a corrosion rating of 1 in clean, dry, and low humidity environments. The standard reference is DIN 9054. The finish includes zinc plating of 3–5 microns, providing protection with a durable surface.
