TIMCO ZYP Multi-Fix Concrete Screw - 7.5 x 180 Yellow - Box of 100

The TIMco Multi-Fix screw is a rapid light-duty through-fixing solution designed for securing into concrete, brick, stone, concrete block, and wood. It replaces traditional fixings such as nylon frame and hammer fixings by providing a single, reliable installation with a torx recess to reduce driver wear and prevent camming-out. The screw features serrated V-threads for optimum insertion into masonry, a flat countersunk head with five locking ribs, and an all-steel construction. Its high-low starting thread on the first 30mm aids insertion and reduces torque, making it suitable for fixing window and door frames as well as other light-duty applications. The fastener is zinc plated and yellow passivated to improve corrosion resistance and is non-flammable, conforming to BS 7671 18th edition requirements.
