This Ethically Harvested Lavender oil contains zero synthetic ingredients. HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Helpful for coughs and colds. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Inhalation: add 3 drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. In the bath: 4-6 drops per 20 ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse.
