The vines are cultivated in the rich volcanic soil of Tokaj, while the grapes are hand-harvested by the bunches. AROMATIC& FLAVOURFUL: A complex and intense wine with a deepening gold colour, a rich flavour of honey, orange peel, mango and sweet spices, and a hint of botrytis. The sweetness is undercut by fresh acidity. PERFECT PAIRING: This sweet white wine pairs very will goose liver and blue cheese, or try it with an apricot or cherry pie, as the natural tartness of the fruit is perfectly complemented by the wine. For the adventurous, we recommend serving with spicy Asian dishes.
