Baked apricots glow softly, finished with a delicate dusting of custard powder. Palate: Custard cream biscuits meet fizzy spiced oak, vanilla wafers and blueberry compote, with pannacotta and crème caramel lending silky richness, finishing in white chocolate chip buttery shortbread. Finish: Pick and mix sweet spice, lingering creamy vanilla pod infused oak, sugared almonds, toasted marshmallows and orange oil.
