Flakes of dehydrated tomato. Adds texture and a rich tomato flavour to your dishes. Our tomato flakes are made from quality washed, peeled, chopped and dried tomatoes. Excellent in Italian dishes such as pizza and pasta, as well as sausages, burgers & much more! Ideal for adding dry to dishes with sufficient liquid or for rehydrating by soaking in water. If not used immediately after rehydrating they can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
