Tongmaster Pork and Leek Sausage Roll Seasoning 250 g (Pack of 2)

A classic combination blended with pork and leek flakes which adds a mild onion flavour to your sausage rolls. Use 25g seasoning per 1kg minced meat, does not include rusk. This pack will make 10kg of sausage meat. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to rusk, minced meat & water. Prepare the sausage meat as per pack and cover with pastry to make the perfect sausage roll. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage. Leave sausage meat in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. Simply wrap the sausage meat in pastry and bake.
